Another glorious day , we went out for a while to be in the sunshine and fresh air.

We ended up at Metrotown for a coffee and a salad after being in the sunshine.  Well I did not have a coffee but a glass of watermelon juice. I never had it before and it was very tasty , I'll buy it again.
It was a refreshing lunch.

We walked a bit in the mall for some exercise and because it is easier for me to walk there. Outside the sidewalks are so bumpy and not safe for me to walk on with these feet. They have neuropathy in them and are difficult to walk on in rough paths.

It was nice though, tomorrow I want to go down to the river for a while. It is always lovely down there. The air is fresh and it is cool and beautiful.  There are boats going up and down the river and people sitting on the benches or barbecuing chicken and steak.
Children running and calling out to each other make up the sights and sounds of the day.

Ah so sweet he looks like his momma. They look like Shetland ponies.

out in the pasture.... I like the guy at the back she looks as if she is talking.

Delivering the tennis balls for the game. He wants to go out and play Daddy.

That's all for tonight.

Good evening.
