Another week gone

Download now as a pdf pattern

This one looks a bit complicated but we can do it.   It is very attractive .

Another day of staying in all day. But it is nice. Ray worked hard today doing the work around here. I helped him a bit. I also made lunch and supper LOL. Big deal I hear you say!  But in my defense I have trouble standing up and walking as my legs are extremely shaky. The doctor gave me some medicine for that and it is slightly working but my legs are still weak. People tell me that I should walk more. Well I do because I know if you don't use it you lose it. Still I have had some trouble with the legs.

My sister Marg came over this afternoon brought some books. The latest one by Ken Follett , Edge of Eternity is the title of the book.
It has 1095  pages and  is very heavy. The story though is a wander through the minefield of history and I know I'll really enjoy it. This   is the third book in a trilogy but it can stand alone.

Isn't this adorable I love owls and found this one on Facebook where the designer shared it.  the thing about owls is that they are pretty symmetrical so it would be fairly easy to make up a pattern to do. I used to make them at school by folding paper and just doing half of the owl. The other half came out great.

We watched the Superbowl game and cried when Seattle lost the game. We are so west coast. I don't know a thing about football but cheer for the team we like anyway.
I don't know when I became a sports fan but Ray has me aclimatized . I even know some of the names of the players.

Starry night and not the one by Van Gogh, but a lovely quilt anyway.

Beautiful mocassins , hand made by Pam Holland.

That's it folks, good night.
