Called Philadelphia Pavement. Strange name but then some of them are.

What did you do today? We did very little but stay at home. I had another episode of dizziness so took a pill and lay down for a nap. These spell come and go but are not very nice.

Ray went to Safeway but forgot to buy their buns. I love Safeway buns but did not tell him that I wanted them. Tomorrow we'll buy some.  They make nice sandwiches. He had to go to the pharmacy and while he was out I had the nap.

For dinner tonight Ray made a pork loin roast, a favourite of mine, carrots, and a wonderful cole slaw, another favourite of mine. I had a potato and made the gravy from the roast. It was a wonderful dinner. We are so fortunate.

We got a call from Adam who is back to Louisiana from Europe after a wonderful holiday for him and Lisa. Lisa made gumbo for dinner.  A very tasty dish.
