It was another very hot day today if you were outside. We stayed mostly indoors in the AC. We did go to White Spot for lunch. I had a Legendary burger and Ray had that three tiered sandwich , the  Clubhouse which is his favourite. It was lovely and cool in the restaurant. We had to go to Safeway pharmacy to pick up a prescription. Then we came home to our own Air Conditioner.
It is so comfortable in our apartment, we are fortunate. There is a lot of smokiness hanging over the city .  It comes from the fires up in the Interior of the province  and I suspect that there are fires getting closer to the city. It is a dreadful state of affairs in the province.
I'll keep you posted if there is new news.
Other than that  I have done nothing today. I do spend a lot of time on my laptop. No nap today either, I was not tired. 

I found this beautiful Bear in the Woods on Facebook . It is amazing .

And here is "us". We all had a great time together. 

See all the oranges, the waitress brought it all cut up and with a candle in one piece to imitate a cake for Peter and wished him a Happy Birthday. It was such a lovely gesture.

Breaking in here to day watching the news and Burnaby Mountain is on fire and that is close to where Bob and Buzz live. I hope all is well with them.  I will keep you posted.
