Ray and I just came back from Mr. Ho's where we ate Chinese food for dinner. It was great as usual.  We had been to see Dr. Peers for Ray's wrist. He has Rheumatoid Arthritis in his right wrist and it is quite painful. Dr. Peers gave him a shot of cortisone . He twisted the needle back and forth to  get the most good out of the needle's serum.
Then he said "Would you like to go fot Chinese food?" If I make any mistakes in spelling on this blog forgive me as my vision is very blurred today. So faf i have been able to correct them. The left eye is and has been very sore. Only if I go to sleep does the pain go away.

So we did go for Chinese food to Mr. Ho\s our favourite restaurant for this kind of food.

This morning Pat picked me up to go for coffee and then to the church. It was good to see all my lovely friends and to see what they are working on.
Betty made these little bears this week along with several more tops which are coming next.
Betty is our 89 year old veteran of quilting,

Lovely pinwheels make for a lovely quilt by Betty.

My favourite, Sunbonnet Sue. And this is also my favourite setting with 9 patches at the corners. Betty again LOL.

Betty must have made hundreds of these heart quilts for Pumpkin Seeds and thus to the children's hospital.  I too have made several heart quilts and am making the hearts for another one.

This one is mine, it is now in Quebec with one of our great grandchildren.

That's all folks.
Have a lovely evening. It is gorgeous here tonight.

Good night.
