Our friend Bob is slated for open heat surgery at VGH. I pray for his good health and swift recovery. We have been friends for a long time Actually he and Buzz introduced Ray and me 38 years ago. We have been good friends all that time.
I was still sick today but getting better . My legs are still not too good though. They collapse on me even with my walker. But I am sitting up and eating and obviously doing my Facebook. So things are looking up. I did sleep a good part of the afternoon though. However It is 6:50 and I am still up so that is good.
All I really did today was read my book. The past few days I could not read as my vision was not very good. It made me happy to read today. It is my favourite preoccupation.
That was it for today, I am looking forward to actually doing something.

I forgot to publish last night. This medication is making me forgetful as well as sleepy.
Bob had to have open heart surgery a quadruple by pass. Say a prayer for him if you wish. I have said many.
