Bill came today to clean the carpets, he was a bit late and now he has an employee. He hurt his shoulder and needs help. Bill is very chatty but a very pleasant guy.
We went back to the White Spot for lunch today to use the ticket I received for a free lunch. Is there such a thing is a free lunch. LOL. No hamburger today though . I ordered a hot turkey sandwich , it was good. Ray had a club sandwich. It was too big and he brought half of it home for his dinner.
We had to go for bread again and to buy some bottles of water that were on sale.
That was it for our excitement of the day. Boring isn't it.
When we came home I encountered a big problem with my PC and had to call the Fixit man . Together we got everything working again but it did take a long time and calls back and forth. But in the end all worked well.
Marg came over for a visit , it was a good one and I enjoyed her company. We did meet her up at the mall earlier but she didn't want a ride home. She is dieting and exercising and is quite successful at losing some weight. I think that I might have gained what she lost. LOL. I haven't weighed myself for some time so i don't really know. However Ray has been feeding me up. He shows his caring by feeding.

And this is a pretty summer lap quilt. Easy looking too. Just choose the size of the block you want and put the strips together.
Great news Pat is back so things will go back to normal and I should be getting back to my sewing groups.
