mmmm

Angie thanks for your comment on yesterday's blog. I appreciate your remarks.
I just had a cream soda float.

It was so delicious. I haven't had one of those since I was a teenager.  I must remedy that and have another one tomorrow. Can you gain weight from ice cream floats. Why not you can gain from eating ice cream alone. I will need to keep a check on my weight.

Rick and I just had a little chat. He is in Revelstoke for a few days of sightseeing. He will be here on Tuesday. I am so looking forward to seeing him. No elevator working yet. What a pain for him, it is so much trouble.

Ray and I went to the casino today We both came home with a bit more money that we left home with. It was fun. We had a Reuben sandwich and fries with a drink.  Another delicious bite to eat. Just a lovely delicious day.

Ray has been suffering from arthritis in his shoulders. He is not able to take any serious pain killers because he has compromised  kidneys and needs to be very careful. So he suffers a lot. I feel so sorry for him. He goes to a specialist tomorrow for this condition. I hope the doctor has an answer for him.

These  babies are little quail. My friend David Riker has them come to his yard. Mother Quail likes David's yard , it is safe for them there as it is all fenced and she feels they are protected. Cute little dickens aren't they?

This is a new way to make a quilt border, unique and colourful. I like this border and am checking it out to see how it is done. I wonder if the flowers go on first then the edging is done and the who thing applied to the quilt. Any ideas?  Let  me know.

Baby quilt or possible a wall hanging. I am not sure how these pieces fit together but it seems that they can go anywhere.

So time is up folks.
             Have a lovely evening.
                                   Good night.
