Acorn Dance . I liked the ribbon border and also I do like acorns so this topper caught my attention. I think it came from Martingale Stitch this. There are some nice quilts to see here.
I went to the chiropractor this morning . Thank goodness . Now my back feels a lot better no more pain. Ray waited for me in the waitng room even though I suggested that he go for gas. But we went for gas afterward.
We had to go up to the grocery store for my candies. I like to have a couple of candies while I read my book in bed. It all helps me sleep well.
Richard called today , he is coming home tomorrow for a few days and plans to go sailing with his two friends , both named Chris. They will take care of him and help him on and off the boat. It will be so lovely for him as he loves to sail and to be on the ocean. I know he misses that.
Lynn called from Quebec. She sounded so tired. She has her hands full, a full time job at Telebec and then on her time off she looks after two of her granddaughters as their mom is no longer available due to addiction. It is difficult for all of them but mostly for Lynn.
Sometimes you wonder why a family has so many difficult problems. I am tired.
But this is wondrous and makes me feel so much better. Sunsets and sunrises certainly lift the spirits. 
Wow this is one big boy and he behaves like a puppy. He is beautiful isn't he.
It speaks for itself so I'll just shut up LOL.
Marg came over this afternoon with some fish chowder that Michael made. It was very tasty. We had a long chat and Marg wants tocome over when Rick is here. Marg I suggest that you come on Friday when Meg ,Lewis and Charlotte are here too. It will be fun. I am so looking forward to seeing them.
