Another ornament for your quilt if you are doing a Christmas quilt.Good idea Nan!

I hope this picture matches the url above. If not this runner is just half square triangles.

Gingerbread people beside  a  gingerbread house on a pretty rug mug. Isn't it adorable.

What did I do today? Silly thing is I can't seem to bring it all to mind.
Let's start with Ray's trip to the PAIN clinic. And did he ever get pain. The doctor today was a man. He pinched up sections of Ray's shoulder and injected them with several needles. Deep injections. It was obviously very painful for him and still is.
I sure hope this works on his pain. If not he won't go back.

Then we went to Sav On Foods for the Free turkey that we get when we relinquish points off our card. Every Christmas we get a free turkey. Nice! We bought a few other items and then went to Tim Hortons for Timbits and coffee. We did not eat all the Timbits so took them home for Richard but we left them in the car. Darn! We'll get them up tomorrow.
We went into London Drugs, bought a jar of nuts for each of us. I have not opened mine yet but the boys have been eating theirs.  I looked at the books and magazines but didn't purchase any. I have been looking for one particular magazine 100 Blocks but so far it has not been on the racks even though it is advertised on my laptop often. I'll just have to keep on looking.

That was it and we came back home. Rick was out at the mall  so we were all alone but Richard came back soon. I am happy when he is here. He gets very tired easily now. His ALS is making things hard for him. It is hard for me too to see him deteriorating this way. At the clinic the other day they informed him his left arm was suffering form ALS . He knew that though since he had been having the same sensations in it that he had in his legs when he first got  diagnosed. It insidious as it works its way through his body.

And that was the day folks.
If it snows tonight or tomorrow as predicted maybe I can sew. Oh There was something i wanted to buy for Rose . Hope for no snow.

My friend Salliejean's sewing set up. Nice isn't it.

Santa flakes out by the cake.Too much eating for the fat guy.

So I am finished for the night.
Have a good evening folks.

Good night.

A box of chocolates for your evening fun.
