A number of good tutorials to see here , I need to look closely at the taking of photos for the blog. LOL.

We had a quiet Sunday here, not much of anything done. The usual Sunday ablutions and then we went out to Safeway to take in prescriptions and pick up the cookies Bob likes as he and Buzz are coming for tea tomorrow.

Another cold day today but I think it will be over this coming week. We are fortunate here as it rarely gets this cold and it does not last for long.

Broken pipes in Brentwood mall due to the cold. Lots of people with the same problem. Our houses are not made for this kind of cold. I remember when I was young and first married. I was pregnant with Adam and my husband at the time was off at sea. The building had pipes on the outside walls. It was so peculiao to see the pipes on the outside walls . We had a really cold winter so of course the pipes froze. It was so cold the bathroom sink fell off the wall. There was no heating system just two fireplaces. It was awful and I just had to move out. Fortunately a cousin took me in. I later found a place for me and my baby.
After Safeway I had a nap. Lately I am so tired and wonder why. It might be the new meds I got after the heart attack. I need to check that out with my doctor
