pretty Christmas colours.

The colours of  Christmas are so beautiful and soothing.
I love the colours in this stocking.

Here is another lovely Christmas piece a mitten made of lovely squares.
Still cold winter weather with snow hanging on the branches of the trees.  It is not quite as cold as it was a couple of days ago though.
We are thinking it will be gone before too long and we'll be back to rain. While I am not a fan of the cold the snow has been very pretty especially with all the Christmas lights glowing on the white snow. It feels like Christmas.
Snow in the park. It is a colour camera but this must be the colour of the day.

Snow on the trees and no snow on the road.

I had an appointment with the new cardiologist I met in the hospital.
He is very nice and seems to be quite competent. He did all the things that other cardiologist do and checked my heart. He declared that I look very good. I was happy to hear that. I think I'll keep him LOL.

We went over to the mall after the visit. It was lunch time . Ray and I shared a Burger King hamburger. I had coffee, Ray had 7 up.

Then we walked around the whole mall taking time to sit it out every so often as I get tired easily.  We did not buy anything but a loaf of bread at the bakery. We often don't buy anything just get our exercise. I looked for the store that has the ring I would like to have but no luck. Somehow I lost the store LOL.  I actually have enough rings and don't need any more.
After our exercise we came home and sat around for the rest of the afternoon. I searched for pictures on my computer. What a job that is, it takes forever as the pictures are listed by month and year. And I don't remember the month or the year LOL.
Embroidered Santas on this quilt.
Blocks that are pieced are made by me to fit in this quilt.
I truly enjoyed making this Christmas quilt.

Ornamental Tile    Block of the Day

When it was time for dinner we talked about what to have. I suggested scrambled eggs. And I made them. We ate them along with some salsa. It was delicious. And we had  toast made from the bread we bought at the bakery. That toast was so good we both had two pieces. I'm going to have another for my evening treat.

And that was our day and it was good.
Sampler quilt. the kind of quilt most of us make for our first quilt.
Isn't this gorgeous. The quilting is quite amazing.
A great way to display a quilt. Of course it may have to be taken off when company comes. Or they may want to cuddle under it LOL.

Poor kitty , what cat would want to wear something like this on its head. At least it gets its own back .

Hahaha. No sleeping on the job.

That is it for tonight.
Have a great evening.
Good night.
