Aha a nice new schoolhouse for the kids. After spending most of my life in a schoolhouse this one appeals to me. Of course it does.

Quack !!
This is a quilt pro for October 8 ,2012 or maybe 2011. That is where the instructions are but the squares are way too small I think, the finished block is 5.5 inches. I would make each swuare 2.5 inches and the whole block would them be 10.5 inches .

Some lovely quilt patterns from Michael Miller. These look like great fun.

So my day was all here at home. The cleaning lady came at 1130. I was creasing the small squares for my snowball blocks.

Small square 2 1/4 inch already creased, ready to be pinned and the 5.5 inch square.
Here are the small squares pinned to the bigger one and ready to be sewn down the diagonal as you can see by the white line in the bottom left corner.
One finished block waiting to added to all the others.
The creasing and pinning took a good part of the day . I like doing the pinning, I can sit in my chair and just do the whole job.

And the GREAT news is......tada.... I pick up my embroidery machine tomorrow. It is fixed and ready to come home. I am so happy and excited. Guess what I'll be doing tomorrow!

Dinner rolls , the recipe is above the picture. The kids would love these LOL. What the heck I would love them haha.
Haha the music conductor. This is so adorable. I love piano music. Chopin was my favourite composer when I was a girl, still is!
Little Julia , a friend of Rose' all dressed for Halloween in one of Mary's head bands of the season as well as her orange and black outfit.

I saw a neat design of aprons but could not get through to the patterns . I really wanted to buy them and the pattern for the quilt. No luck! But I did manage to get a picture.
Here is the first apron.
Cute pattern , I like the rickrack. There are several apron designs and each could serve as a single design for a wall hanging.
Time to go folks.
Have a great evening.

Hey Nan, I am so happy for you that you are getting your 350e back tomorrow!! How did that come about? I thought you dealer, Tom I think, said he could not get the part? However it happened, I know you have wanted it back for a very long time. You deserve to have it to play with and enjoy your creative ideas.

warmly,
Michelle
