Scrappy Crossroads  all squares. So pretty but I think that all those squares would be hard to do.

This is a beautiful Cathedral Windows cushion. Here is mine. Sorry I cannot find it even though I just took a photo of it. Life is complicated.

Another day in the house. Ray isn't feeling well and I was too tired to go out. Bad night for both of us. So the day was a bust.

The aquarium has a new lodger Walter the otter. He was badly wounded by someone who filled him with buckshot and he was blinded. Now he is in the aquarium enjoying himself.

Walter, a rescued sea otter that was blinded by a shotgun blast at his new home at the Vancouver Aquarium in Vancouver, B.C. on Tuesday January 7, 2014. After months of intense treatment and rehabilitation, Walter, the sea otter blinded by a shotgun blast near Tofino, B.C., is transferred to the Vancouver Aquarium for long-term care after being deemed non-releasable by Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Another nice quilt in manly colours and simple blocks.

It is even sitting on manly blocks of wood. LOL.

And here we have 2 male cockatiels.  How do I know they are males. I used to raise these birds. At one time I had more than 14 babies and 2 sets of parents.
The males can be sexed by the orange circles on their cheeks. they are a lovely little pet if you can get them young and train them .
Once in a while the grey ones throw up a white baby and you can start a new strain. Breeding birds is fun.

Haha I like this.

Right keep that dog warm.

This is a one block quilt, it must be a very large block.

My dear friend Gail made chili relenos and said she ate them all. She has been on the sick list for quite some time and I am so happy to see her feeling happy and well with rosy cheeks and a big smile.

It is time folks.
Have a great evening.
Good night.
