many turkeys

Download now as a pdf pattern

Evening Star is the Block of the Day, a star within a star. I made a nice quilt once with a star in a star.
The star in the big star is that green patch on the top left of the big star. I love this quilt, it is
above my bed and I can see it every day.

And here is a star in a star block. No patterns.

There seems to be many turkey designs and patterns around right now.  American Thanksgiving is next week and turkey will be on the menu I am sure.

We had a big trouble with my printer today but it was because we did not know what the problem was and then how to fix it. Eventually after much frustration we found that the problem was it needed new colour cartridges. By this time we weren't going out as it was time for dinner. Tomorrow we'll get the new cartridges. I wanted to print out the colour chart for my second embroidery. As you know I like the colour chart  to work with my embroideries. The colours are all in order of use on the chart which makes it really easy to embroider.

We did go out earlier in the day to Canadian Tire  to look around. For some reason we enjoy that but we never look at tires LOL.
We had a coffee and a doughnut at Tim's . we did not realize then that we needed cartridges for the printer or the thing would be fixed. We spent a lot of time fiddling around with that printer. And then at the last minute out popped the very page I wanted. Those printers are surely a bit of a problem. I'd like to just like to hit print and it would.

Sugar is bad for your teeth boys. But I do love that sugar bowl.
