We had to take some equipment back to the Red Cross. We had borrowed it earlier in the year whne the hospital recommended that I use a bathtub seat and rail for the bed and a walker. None of them worked for me. The walker was really awkward, it had no wheels so needed to be lifted, and I prefer to stand in the tub,so the seat just took up a lot of room and I did not need the rail to get in and out of bed.
When we got there the whole street was dug up and we had to root around for a parking spot. We did leave a monetary donation for the service.
The downtown casino was close by so we decided to take in a short time. I won around $500, gave Ray some and came home with several hundred dollars. Good Day! I have been lucky lately :))
The crowds were coming in for the game and the streets are jammed packed now. Too bad ,the disappointment will be tremendous.
The man came with the juice or champagne as Ray calls it . He , the man, brings the antibiotic every second day.
We had spaghetti for dinner again. Love that stuff.
A post card I received from a swap.Did you know that June 13th was Happy Sewing Machine Day? I received a beautiful site from a friend but it is too big for this blog so I have asked her where she got it so I can recommend it to you. It is quite delightful.
I only got one photo today and that one was a bit short of so I only got the rear end of the dog LOL.
Pretty bad isn't it, oh well it's all I managed to get today.Time's up, have a lovely evening ladies and gents.
