Slow to start this morning but since Jim is here we had to speed up a bit. He wanted to go to Mark's Wear house for some overalls for him to work in his shop in the winter. It is cold in Edmonton during the winter season and he works in his unheated garage so he needs winter insulated overalls. He works on people's cars and is very popular so has lots of work. Unfortunately we did not find what we wanted so tomorrow we will be on the hunt again.

We also checked out Home Depot but they no longer carry the overalls., We had a bite to eat at Harvey's. Jim and I had the dreaded Poutine, dreaded but oh so good. Ray had a hot dog. Then we just came home for a rest. LOL
I wrote another letter to Janome about my embroidery machine, the 350E . I have been waiting for a part to get it fixed since February. I hate missing all this time away from my embroidery and the projects that I have in mind to do. Such a big disappointing and as for Janome I think they have dreadful customer service. I even said I am 80 years old and would like my machine back before I pass on. LOL.

Tonight we are watching Vegas a new show on TV. SO far between Jim and Ray talking I have not gotten much of it but Jim just went out so maybe I can hear it. Since they talked about light switches it was not very interesting to me haha. Now if they would just talk about fabric I could really get into it LOL.

We had the leftover chili for dinner with bread and butter. It was good the second time too.  I am not sure what we should have tomorrow but I would like to cook the pork roast . I like it so much I think others will too.
This bright orange branch peeking out of the dark green leaves caught my eye as we were ciming dien our street that I had to capture it on film or whatever we have in our cameras these days.

My friend Jamie cross stitched this wonderful piece. It is so cute and a lot of work. Great piece Jamie.

Friendly kritters, unusual but I think they are both very curious LOL. He does however have his feet in the water just in case.

Getting ready for the season. I found this cute little  scarecrow on the internet. It is an applique project. You can see that the fabrics are added to the hoop and then
Satin stitched around them, then you trim around the edges of the satin stitch. But be careful as you may cut the stitching and that would be a disaster.
I put my Hallowe'en wall quilt up today, it is so nice. I have it on the front page of the blog , just added it recently.

Hi there how are you doing.
I am very curious as to what goes on in the minds of animals.
Some things just don't go right , the rest of my blog disappeared again.
I won't try to recreate it.
Have a great evening folks.
Aloha ahi ahi
