If you are doing Debbie Kratovil. BOM quilt this is the 6th block . It looks like a rosebud to me and is an easy block.

http://heartstringsquiltproject.com/   If you like string quilts there are quite a few here by Sue in MN. This is a pretty one.
I like the yellow and blue , nice for a change from red and blue.

Still don't care for that yellow but the block is very nice, from Quilt Pro.
Ray was not feeling well today, he was aching all over so he spent the day resting. Neither of us got much sleep, my feet were just terrible last night . I felt as if I were being crucified as my toes felt like they were being nailed and they were cramping up for most of the night. I think sleep caught up with me around 5:00 AM. So much for that vaunted extra hour of sleep LOL.
However I did not sleep this afternoon, I lay down for a bit and read some then Marg came over to visit and bring us dinner. Michale was cooking and he sent some to us for supper.
No sewing for me but I did the laundry and got my threads ready for embroidery tomorrow. I don't like it when I miss out on my Sunday sewing but sometimes that happens.

I'm eating pistachio nuts , I love them.
This is a beautiful picture Charlotte and mommy Meaghan. Both of them look so happy.

Picture time...
Love animal style, I love the affection that animals show to each other, it is so precious. It is  an almost human  display of love.

Adam my great grandson in Louisiana where he lives. This is as close as I get to seeing him. It is such a shame .

These guys really caught my imagination. They are not a favourite breed of mine but the way they all have their heads cocked at the same angle amused me.

My friend Barb in Ohio managed to latch on to this quilt a Dresden Plate, that her grandmother had made. She said her grandma made many quilts and this was the only one she could find . It is a lovely quilt and one of my favourite blocks. I made one and when Ray's sister was dying of cancer I sent it to her to wrap herself in comfort and love.

Who said Canadians have no sense of humour? A mountie on a moose, now I ask you!

Night time for Nancy...haha.
Have a good evening folks .
Bon soir.
