A day of nothing today. After the dentist I was feeling badly and came home and went to bed for three hours. As I have dentures there is no pain involved in getting a reline but I was not feeling well before I went to the denturist. We have to go back at 5:00 when  the top is fixed. I don't like this procedure so I have kept putting it off.   Now is the hour!!
That was my day, interesting isn't it.

Alpine Trail is the name of this Block of the Day. It looks like crab legs to me but many Alpine Trails may look this way. LOL

As you may have figured out I did not sew today but tomorrow is Sunday and I often have time for sewing on Sunday if Ray decides to stay home. So let's hope... He doesn't like to go out alone and he had to do that today. He went grocery shopping while I went to bed. Some days I am useless. But he bought me red heart tin box with Lindt chocolates in it. I was thrilled .

But tonight I think I'll knit. I want to set up a pair of socks or one sock . It is hard to set up two socks on one set of needles LOL.

After we let the dentist and with all my teeth ,  don't have to go back until next week, we went to the White Spot for a BLT.

It was okay but certainly not the best BLT we have ever had.

We came home after dinner and settled down for the night to watch TV. We are watching Border Security on the Canadian border. They have good sniff dogs :)) looking for contraband. And they are looking for people who are trying to get into Canada illegally. It is an interesting show on how people try to scam the system. Not a good idea as the guards are really good at the job. At least the ones I have seen so far  appear to be good. I guess, they aren't going to put the bad ones on TV. LOL.

Do you like chickens, I like quilting chickens , they look like a lot of fun. And I hope the little chicken I am making will get done soon. I will have to create my own instructions from the ones I have and can't understand. Haha.

Mother love again. I so love these pictures of mother and child. They are so beautiful no matter what the creature, human or otherwise. It always warms my heart. 

Nothing like a horse for beauty , strength and majesty. Wonderful animals.

Our Lovely Catherine who speaks only French but can say I love you in English. She is such a beauty in all ways.

  

Lynn collects frogs and this guy is in the bathroom, the perfect place for him. Does he remind you of the neighbour in Home Improvement who you could only hear him from the other side of the fence but not see him.

I just loved him. What a great guy, er, frog.
