Remember the game you playes as youngsters when you had a piece of string wound around your fingers that was called a Cat's Cradle? Well this block is also called Cat's Cradle. The triangle within a triangle look a bit difficult to me. But the block looks quite nice , two colours and symmetrical.
We had received our income tax return cheques and went to the bank to get them put into our account. In front of us was an older gentleman who was having a bit of trouble understanding what the cashier was trying to tell him. But he gave us a sweet smile when he turned around to leave. It isn't easy to do business if you are not proficient in the language being spoken.
Anyway we got our money into the bank and a little bit for our wallets. Smile! I can't get any emoticons on this site so I'll just have to write the word LOL.
Well look I found a way . But it isn't very good as it goes wherever it wants to go.
Then we went to the ostomy clinic to buy some more supplies. It is incredible expensive for these items. Thank goodness the government paid a good portion of the supplies. Our deductible was finished. Still we had to pay $200 , The clerk said we just crossed the line, from now on we won't pay for any prescriptions this year.
When that bit of business was done we went to Cockney Kings for fish and chips. We don't eat a lot any more so I had one piece of fish , a bun and fries. Ate the fish but could not finish the fries. However any thing with malt vinegar on it makes me happy.
That was it for the day.
Adam, Aaron and little Adam are already on the way here from Louisiana. They will arrive at midnight or later. Sam will pick them up and take them to his place. They will all be here tomorrow at 1:00 PM. Isn't that exciting.
Richard retired from his job yesterday and will be on the way here tomorrow. Tonight he is having a rather large dinner party as a celebration.

I am so far behind. I just had to watch The Glades. The detective is so cute LOL. And catch up on my mail.
It would be nice to have a dog but we can no longer take good care of a dog so we just watch dogs. There are a lot of dogs in this part of town to watch .

Big Horned Owl. I wonder if it hears super well. Yes I think he does. I see there is a Great Horned Owl and wonder if it was the same thing.
