Toad in the Puddle is the name of this block.
My mom used to make a dish called Toad in the Hole and this reminded me of that. Toad in the Hole is fried sausages and Yorkshire pudding poured over the sausages. It was wonderful!! I should make it but my Yorkshire Pudding leaves something to be desired. LOL
I have been sick all day today, got up this morning and all my joints were so sore I could hardly walk. So I went back to bed for most of the day. And slept. I did get up around dinner time . Ray made ham and scrambled eggs. It was excellent.I am feeling a bit better now and hoping tomorrow will be a lot better.
Needless to say we didn't go out and so have nothing to report. Ray worked on his new model, much cursing and swearing going on here, well not really that bad. LOL.
I did not one thing other than read a few pages of my e book reader and not much of that.
