interesting sashing

I like this sashing, it adds an interesting look to the quilt. Look for the video , it shows how to make the sashing. I know most of us get this one but it is the measurements that we need to see.

This morning I went to my chiropractor. My rib was out of place again. I could hear it click when it went back into place. He did a lot of massage with a mcahine, I don't know what it is because I have never seen it but it is very soothing and is meant to relax the muscles.

Then we came home to see if our cleaning lady was coming. And she did, happy days are here again. It sure does relieve Ray of a lot of work. He has a lot of pain in his leg,the doctor says it is claudation . He has an appointment with the specialist later on in the month. Hopefully he has some answers for him.

We packaged up all the books for Hayley Rose and after the cleaning lady is finished we'll go and send them on to her. I canhardly wait to see how she likes them. It is fun to make someone happy especially if it is a little person. Lynn will be happy too.
The books have gone, they will get them next week probably Wednesday. We are lucky that our DDIL works for purolator and makes arrangements for our parcel.

I thought I had added some photos but somehow they have disappeared.
David , my friend Gail's husband, sent this photo into Facebook this morning. This is a Warbler, the colour is so bright and cheerful. I wish we could hear him sing, he looks so happy. I ama bird lover so you may see more birds on my blog, birds to come LOL.

My friend Jean's Easter table. She said it is last Easter but it still looks wonderful so I am using it. It has beautiful spring flowers, an Easter bunny and her beautiful table runner.

I like the juxtaposition of  cherry pink, white plum and a bare branch.
My time is up, have a great evening.
Bonne nuit.
Whoops forgot the daffodils.
