A nice day, a barbecue, good friends and loving family, what more could one ask. That was our day. We all trekked out to Sam's in Langley for the feast. Sam surely puts on a great barbecue. He made quesadillas pulled pork and beans and can't remember the second one but it was good. He made steaks, salmon, lamb roast, pork butt, potato salad, some noodles that I did not see until we were leaving. Caroline brought some great cupcakes and Sam had Naniamo bars. Drinks of all kinds. Lots of little ones attended with their parents.
Charlotte was there . She has made so much progress since the last time we saw her.
Look she can sit up by herself and she has  sneaked mom's keys from her purse. Precocious!
Dad holding Charlotte up and Uncle Adam in the background.
Charlotte in the middle on Auntie Lisa's lap while Mom and Uncle Adam look on affectionately.
My handsome grandson Ryan   and son Jim in the background.
Ryan is going into Grade 12 this September. Seems he was just a little boy a few hours ago, now he is a young man.
I love this one , all these legs and a small boy right in the middle. He and Charlotte liked each other.
I did take more photos but this is all you for today.
We  left about 4:30 and thought to maybe take in the casino but we couldn't find it .Probably a good thing LOL.
I am still having trouble walking even with the walker and the stairs at Sam's were a real challenge. I am sure looking forward to the day
when I don't have to take any more antibiotics.
Watching The Glades right now- good series.
No more news so I'll say good night.
Have  a lovely evening.
