So this is how it is done, I always wondered and now it looks so easy.
More photos of Nancy Lee Chong's quilts.
I liked this little one , it looks like a size I might be able to do LOL. The fabric is hand dyed by Nancy and her sister Jan. They have their own company now, The Pacific Rim Company.
This is an internet special , ten dollars instead of twelve dollars.
So if you want to go for it ....
This cat quilt in all in 30s fabrics was adorable. I wish I could remember who made this one, I think it was Andrea. Does it matter. all that matters is the quilt ! LOL.
Bad angle but you can see that this is a quilt for a teacher with the kids drawing a self portrait and then one of the mothers doing the rest of the quilt.
My camera gave up the ghost so I wasn't able to photograph any more pictures. Blah!!
For our day: Ray had to go to the doctor and so did I. She was helping him with his hand, said it is Tendonitis not Rheumatoid Arthritis and that he should take Ibuprofen (Advil) for a week to relieve the problem . And she said that he may have to wait up to a year for surgery on his back. However I found if I called the doctor periodically to see if there was a cancellation it made the wait a lot shorter. So I will be calling.
And she is sending me to a neurologist for my neuropathy . She says there is some kind of therapy for the feet and that I should be able to walk better.
Lynn called this afternoon from Quebec and Hailey Rose was in the background shouting out her new English phrases. Be kind to your friends she sang. So cute, I loved it. She is going to English school, her accent is perfect so the teacher must be a native Canadian English speaker.
That's it folks.
Have a great evening.
Buono Sera.
