Early start

I am getting an early start on my blog today. And that's  because I got an early start LOL.
Adam came over to pick up some of his stuff and go to Sechelt to prepare for his and Lisa's vacation. They have a house there with a basement suite which is where they stay for the summer. It is so much cooler here than Louisiana, actually today it is darn right cold. Adam is taking the boat down to the water as they both like to go fishing. and they catch some good ones, crabs too!
What an idyllic life on the sea.

Well the early start has become a late start haha. Can I blame you Margaret? Well I'll give it a try dear sister. Oh no that won't be nice, after all you brought dinner over and it was good!! Thank you again and thanks to Michael for cooking it.

Ray and I went over to Tom's to see his new store and to talk about my machine. The new store is not coming together very fast. Insurance company hired the lowest bid and we all know what we get when we buy cheap anything. In this case it will take longer to get the store together .  Too bad as it is costing Tom money, And there is a possibility that the fire was arson. It has been months since that fire. Tom gave me the name of the part of my embroidery machine that died, it was the main circuit board .  And it takes months and months for Janome to get the part back to him.  My machine has been in his shop for four months now. How many more is anybody's guess.
We were there for some time.
On the way home we took a route we had not travelled before. It was good but it ended at one point and we had to backtrack . Makes life interesting.

Margaret came over for a visit but then I told you that. No books were exchanged!

When she went home I lay down and read for and hour then slept for an hour. Ah the living is easy and it's summertime too LOL.
Life in a teacup, sailing away , love is grand!!

MMMs and more MMMs, just look at those little chipmunk cheeks. Aren't they adorable.

And the piece de resistance Mommy Mary and Rose, kind of a rare appearance together.

This is a favourite of Margaret and me, always makes me smile, hope it does you too.

All tangled up!

This adorable pattern is $9.95 on shabby fabrics , the www. above the picture.

That's it for tonight folks.
                 Have a lovely evening.
