Too little time

Too many quilts, too little time.
I heard that that years ago when I first began quilting and it is still true LOL.

I love this site but unfortunately have no left over blue jeans. But then I can't keep up  with quilting anyway.

My computer is losing stuff. I had several sites on here and saved I thought but no they disappeared.  I'll have to look for them again.

A neat and easy bag. You can use any kind of strips , novelty fabrics bring an interesting aspect to the bag, musical fabrics north woods, halloween, etc. all bring interest to the bag.

Download now as a pdf pattern

This is a nice block , look at the pdf for instructions on how to make this block It is from About.com if you wish to go to the original site.
So what did we do today. As you can see I am not sewing, don;t know why but I am not really interested right now and I haven't even finished the Drunkard's Path blocks. What do you call that?
They are just sitting there on my sewing table, not getting any attention, such a rotten shame LOL.

Ray and I went out to the mall today to get in a good walk and have a bit of lunch. We had one hamburger for the two of us one small fries and one drink but two straws haha. Burger King won't get rich on us LOL.
Then we walked half the mall and a bit more . Ray bought some new uncirculated $2.00  coins or twonies as we call them. I know there was something good about this issue but for the life of me don't remember what that was , wonder if I ever really knew what it was. That could be why I don't remember LOL.

We went to the bakery and bought some great bread, it won't last long around here.  Both of us had a tomato sandwich for dinner. My it was so delicious.

On the way home we decided to go to Hop On for some produce. We did buy some but a lot of the produce was not good. The flowers were beautiful though. It is the time for roses and they are at their peak right now. When we lived in  our house we had so many beautiful roses in our garden. The scent was wonderful!! We had one peach rose that climbed up the back of the house , it had canes as thick as my fist, it was amazing.Every year it bloomed big time.

Glorious aren't they?

Another glorious sight . Whistler B.C. a skiing mecca is on the other side of this mountain.

How could you not love this little face, she is such a happy little girl.
Margaret came over after we got home to return a couple of books. She had read the one about Colonel Russell Williams, wh both owndered taht a man could have two faces that he displayed to the world and his family. We wondered too how his wife missed all his dreadful actions. Both of us agreed that this was a murderous act on his part. Well of course he was convicted of it.
All stacked up, I love this!!Who said cats don't like dogs and vice versa. Or are they sleeping so hard they haven't noticed their sleeping companion LOL.
Well I am almost asleep too so off I go. Brain is no longer working!
Have a lovely evening.
